If you're feeling frustrated, that's OK.
If you're feeling drained, totally cool.
If you're feeling demotivated, pissed off, overwhelmed - or maybe even hopeful, grateful or content - these, too, are all just the fleeting emotions being experienced in this moment.
All we can do is let them happen. Breathe into it. Write it down, speak to someone, get it out of our head...
and just do the best we can.
We can text an old friend to ask them how they are. We can call the oldest person we know and ask them for a story.
We can move, stretch, play our favourite track on max vol and dance around like we've just fallen in love with the world.
We can scream, punch and take it all out on a pillow. We can run as far and fast as we can, in a direction we've never run before.
All we can do is take the pressure off, remind ourselves we're allowed to feel it...
and just do the best we can.
