Monday State of Mind is part of the growing movement promoting mental wellbeing in life, work and society.

As the world continues to go through such turbulence, employers are increasing their support for staff, to ensure their mental health and wellbeing is prioritised – both to improve their overall wellbeing and to maintain efficient levels of productivity.

MSOM works with businesses and organisations to ensure that, particularly in the digital age, staff’s mental wellbeing is always top of mind.

Bespoke newsletter

Get a tailored Monday State of Mind delivered to staff each week, providing not only a selection of tools, tips and resources, but consistent reminders of the support available to them at work. Service can also include curation of internal events. See more here.

Workshops

Coaching

From executive, senior management to wider staff, one-to-one certified coaching provided to staff; either with objectives suggested by management or employee’s own, whether to avoid burnout or improve performance. See more here.
