The Integrated Leadership Programme is designed for those looking to strike the balance between ambition and wellbeing, high performance and emotional intelligence, in themselves and their teams.
This three month programme provides growing leaders with the tools, skills and mindset to harness health and resilience as a catalyst for individual and organisational growth.
Who is the Programme for - and why take it?
This programme is for leaders who are either in, or moving into, senior positions - from Senior Managers to Directors and C-Suite - who are looking to:
Aim high in their careers while avoiding burnout doing so.
Develop interpersonal skills for leading, collaborating and influencing
Be more efficient and productive in their work
Gain confidence in themselves as leaders
Delegate effectively and work more strategically
Support the ongoing development and success of their teams
Programme Structure
This 3-month training programme features four modules, each of 3 x 1-hour workshops, in which participants take part in exercises for insights and skills to take into their workplace.
Based on the four layers of the Integrated Leadership framework, the modules cover:
1. Foundation: Cultivating wellbeing, resilience, and work-life integration.
2. Direction: Defining leadership style, values, and vision.
3. Communication: Building relational skills, influencing and emotional intelligence.
4. Expansion: Driving growth, productivity, and performance.
